We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our client's team in Dubai.  This position requires relocation to Dubai, and the client will sponsor VISA and health insurance. The salary for this role is AED 20,000-25,000 monthly.  Founded in 2008, our client has quickly grown to dominate the localization market in the MENA region through its proprietary suite of innovative language solutions custom-built for the Arabic language. In this role, you'll take full customer ownership of a designated portfolio, driving sales, overseeing overall budget, and maximizing growth to hit commercial targets Duties & Responsibilities Establish long lasting sales-centric relationships by deeply understanding your client’s short- and long-term objectives to enhance loyalty and align services with their goals. Provide ongoing value by engaging in day-to-day sales interactions and maintaining a reporting cadence, aiming to ensure client satisfaction and transparent communication. Earn trust as a valued sales advisor to customers by adopting a Customer Success mindset and make decisions on sales solutions with the goal of driving positive customer outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve client issues. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional sales and customer service.
