About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our client's team in Dubai. 

This position requires relocation to Dubai, and the client will sponsor VISA and health insurance. The salary for this role is AED 20,000-25,000 monthly. 

Founded in 2008, our client has quickly grown to dominate the localization market in the MENA region through its proprietary suite of innovative language solutions custom-built for the Arabic language.

In this role, you'll take full customer ownership of a designated portfolio, driving sales, overseeing overall budget, and maximizing growth to hit commercial targets

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish long lasting sales-centric relationships by deeply understanding your client’s short- and long-term objectives to enhance loyalty and align services with their goals.
  • Provide ongoing value by engaging in day-to-day sales interactions and maintaining a reporting cadence, aiming to ensure client satisfaction and transparent communication.
  • Earn trust as a valued sales advisor to customers by adopting a Customer Success mindset and make decisions on sales solutions with the goal of driving positive customer outcomes.
  • Manage customer expectations with a focus on sales, facilitating sales-focused customer dialogue, and executing according to aligned scope, quality, and speed with customers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services through a sales-oriented approach to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely and effective sales solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback and usage data to identify sales opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and drive customer success.
  • Regularly identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by actively assessing client needs and preferences, aiming to enhance both customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates on portfolio key results such as YoY growth per customer, sold tech/subscriptions, Quality Feedback, and customer success KPIs.
  • Adhere to and continuously improve the client's sales-focused documentation and administrative processes.
  • Contribute significantly to the client's overall growth and commercial success with a strong emphasis on sales outcomes. 

Experience & Qualifications required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field is preferable.
  • (3-5) years of experience in the sales, business development or strategic account management role in the professional services industry “B2B”.
  • Experience working with top tier local and international clients across the private and public sector in the Middle East or globally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve client issues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional sales and customer service.
  • Familiarity with LSP industry terminology, translation software, and project management tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with consultancy, media, and entertainment clients or sectors is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
