Team Manger required in London.
We have an amazing position for a Team Manager with an international marketing agency based in London.

My client is looking for a driven and dynamic candidate with proven experience in working in a similar position within translation, localisation or transcreation.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a creative team of 8 in-house Project Managers and you will be the escalation point in case of any issues with clients and on-going projects.

Key skills required:
- 2 to 5 + experience in managing teams within translation, transcreation or localisation.
- Experience in project and account management.
- Experience working in TV, Print or Digital production.
- Experience of budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent networker.
- Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent oral and written English plus additional languages.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactive.
- Team player.
- Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Languages, Translation studies or similar.
- Sound knowledge of Trados or other CAT Tools.
