They employ about 50 in house FTEs, and have office all over Europe and North America.
In this role you will lead a team of in house hunters and farmers, while at the same time taking care of some accounts by yourself.
Responsibilities:
- Assign specific tasks to the sales staff and monitor their performance with the aim to hit and surpass targets
- Set sales targets and motivate the team
- Prepare sales report for the MD of the company
- Recruit and train new sales employees, with an eye on creating an healthy and high performing sales environment
- Assist managers with the development of the sales strategy
- Keep yourself and the managers informed about latest trends in the industry and provide input to develop the company further
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' LSP experience in similar sales roles (team leading exp. it's a must).
- Fluent French and English.
