Sales Director required for a highly interesting and fast growing Language Service Provider who originates from the Middle Eastern market.

You will be seen as a senior member of staff and have the ability to provide strategic input, push your team to produce more and have a more creative edge to the business.
For this role to be a success, we are seeking the following;
Minimum of 4 years Localization experience with further experience selling complex solutions. Someone who can lead and grow a team as well as bring strategic input into the growth of the office.
- Establishing strong and productive relationships with clients and ensuring their requirements are being handled adequately.
- Generating new leads.
- Doing market research for potential clients.
- Managing sales team.
- Ensuring that the clients' queries are addressed promptly.
- Devising strategies to approach prospects.
- Addressing different ways to retain clients.
- Following up on open quotes, prospects through emails and phone calls.
- Supervising the Proposal Writers.
This position is to be based in Paris (preferred) however, you can be based remotely and travel into the office.
