About the Job
The Regional Sales Manager position is newly created due to YoY growth in this organisation. They have established themselves to be industry leaders within their sector across the globe and continue to expand, working with the largest corporate brands and travel businesses on the plant. This position has been created to continue their growth through the EMEA space, and will look after the middle European regions. You will responsible for:
- Motivating a team of Sales Executives, and reporting on daily activity
- Assess sales pipelines of each team member, and measure against budgets
- On-boarding, and training of new starts within your team
- Identifying core areas for growth within your market
About the client
We are working with a multi award-winning hotel cloud platform based in Central London. They are a market-leading tech provider that specializes in revenue management, and channel management, and are seen as one of the largest players in their sector having in excess of 26,000 customers from across the globe, and over in $35m in funding. As you will focus on the EMEA space, a bilingual capability between English and German/French/Spanish is required. A prior experience in selling software within the hospitality sector is required!
