This role will be a client facing position where you would be responsible for:
- Monitoring Services KPIs per project: quality, cost, and turnaround time
- Overseeing the full project management life cycle of their translation and localization projects.
- Engaging with linguist team and builds a community of trusted resources for each customer; responds to linguist questions according to SLAs
- At least 2 years professional experience
- Experience in Localization
- Experience in project management is a plus
