Program Manager required in the UK (full time and remote, but you need to be based in the UK).
Our client is an international creative agency providing localization and digital marketing services to the top end clients globally.
Some on site work in their London office will be required for training purposes and then you have the possibility of working from home full time.
This position is responsible for identifying the best processes for the client and internal efficiency, crafting innovative resource models to meet clients’ needs (account strategy, QBRs, account development and so on).
Key skills required:
A passion for, and knowledge of, marketing and localization.
3+ years in a Project, Program or Account Management role.
Hands-on commercial experience including quoting, forecasting and budgeting.
A track record of planning and managing complex marketing or localization projects.
In-depth understanding of the concepts and features of industry applications: CMS, GMS, Translation Memory, Terminology Management and Machine Translation.
Knowledge of publishing software such as InDesign and tagged file formats.
