Payments Manager, EMEA

As a Payments Manager you will support the services management team in ensuring translator success, working with payments assets, managing vendor payments and payment auditing. 
 
This is a full-time position based out of our Dublin office or remote in EMEA. If based in Dublin, this role will work remotely from Dublin during the pandemic, but will be expected to work in the office once it is safe to do so. 

Responsibilities

    • Managing accounts payable processes
    • Liaising with vendors to resolve any payment queries
    • Negotiating terms and conditions related to payments with vendors
    • Managing and maintaining inputs from different departments in internal systems to execute payments timely and efficiently
    • Conducting investigations in various internal platforms and systems of vendor payment issues and any activities directly or indirectly affecting payments 
    • Analysing trends and isolated instances on payments processing and incoming queries
    • Implementing corrections and corrective actions related to payment processing and incoming queries
    • Liaising with different stakeholders and departments to ensure the data, inputs and payables are aligned
    • Sharing ongoing feedback for vendors with relevant stakeholders
    • Ensuring compliance to the company's policies 
    • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
    • Resolving any payment disputes to the SLA and internal metrics
    • Ensuring the department and division KPIs and SLAs are met 
    • Providing training, guidance and support to the relevant team members and stakeholders on the ongoing basis

Skills and Experience

    • 2+ years of experience in an LSP or similar role
    • Proficiency in English and only other languages as advantage
    • Experience with data manipulation and reporting
    • Strong email communication skills

    • Proficient in Excel and other financial applications, such as Salesforce etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
