You are that
A language nerd with a communicative personality and a talent for multitasking. You have worked as a translator for several years and have already gained experience in an agency. Your mother tongue is French and your source languages ??are German and English. You are resilient, ambitious and proud of your writing style. Experience in the fields of advertising, medicine, finance or insurance is desirable, sound knowledge of the use of CAT tools is mandatory.


That's the job
As a French language specialist, you are responsible for the quality assurance of our orders into French. You will also take on editing and translation work yourself and manage our customers' translation memories and terminology databases. With all these activities, you ensure that every French text that passes through your hands is error-free and meets the needs of our customers. Their texts are their calling card - that's why they have to be great from A to Z.
 
You bring that with you
  • a completed translation degree or a completed language degree (Master’s level)
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of translation or proofreading
  • Enjoy new challenges
  • Solid knowledge of Trados Studio
  • Mother tongue French and excellent knowledge of German and English (at least C1)
  • a quick grasp
  • a structured, proactive and independent way of working
