We are looking for a passionate and friendly Customer Success Manager to join our client's Life Science team, who are based in the UK. They are a top 10 global LSP that have developed an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a high value portfolio of existing clients
- Build and develop customer relationships, and leverage those relationships to further develop business opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling
- Ensure customer requests are met or exceeded
- Support the sales team in negotiations and closing deals, as well as engage in new business development
- 2-4 years experience in account management, or client services within translation or localization industry
