Our client is a small-mid size LSP based out of Denver, CO. They are an LSP that focuses on localization as a function of marketing. They are looking for a driven PM to join their in house team and manage one of their larger HR client accounts.
 

ROLE OVERVIEW

-To deliver projects on time and on budget whilst aiming to exceed
the client’s expectations.
-To deliver an exceptional level of customer experience on every
project.
-To build solid and collaborative relationships with end clients and
in-country resources.
 

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

-Develop an understanding of the sector in which the client
operates and the overall needs of the client.
-Generate project quotes as requested by the Account Lead
(Business Development, Strategic Account Manager or Program
Manager), following agreed pricing structures and ensure that all
projects are properly delivered to agreed deadlines and budgets.
-Work with marketing, media and content resources to reduce
day-to-day complexity of delivery and maintain viable account
margins.
-Ensure that all services are billed to the client, including additional
billable hours, and where such services may not be billed that the
client is aware of the value of those services.
-Consistently demonstrate company value in the client
relationship and defend and justify pricing.
-Work with the account’s commercial lead, Client Services
Manager and wider account team on the resolution of any
customer satisfaction issues arising.
