Business Development Executive required in the UK (permanent, full time, remote).
Our client is an international, creative agency headquartered in London. They provide design, localization, production management and workflow solutions to the media and entertainment industry.
It is a very dynamic and unique company to work for. They are much different than a typical LSP.
They are actively looking for a Business Development Executive. It is a fully remote (home based) position, but some limited travel to visit clients and their London office might be required. You need to be still based in the UK.
This role will identify and build organizational maps of potential customers and navigate their way with persistence to find the influencers in potential clients and learn to understand what they need to help develop their goals. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a deal; from sourcing prospects and structuring to negotiating and implementing. The role will also work cross-functionally.
Key skills required:
Ideally 2-5 years' experience in a sales (hunter) role in the localization/translation sector.
Experience in selling language solutions to various sectors.
Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and collaborative spirit.
Ability to develop strong customer relationships and deliver value to clients.
Excellent negotiation, problem solving, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
Client service orientation and superb client management skills.
