The company's mission is to empower immigrant and LEP communities by providing translation and interpretation services to healthcare and government organizations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new clients and opportunities within health plans and provider networks (Hospitals, Insurance, etc.)
- Build and maintain an active pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle from start to close
- Prepare and conduct presentation to prospective clients
- Work with Marketing Team to update and create new healthcare marketing materials
- Strong Business Development or Sales Experience preferably with an LSP
- Experience selling both translation and interpretation services (OPI, VRI) preferred
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets and quota
- Advanced CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred)
Salary: $70K-$80K base + uncapped commission
