Remote Vendor Manager (UK)

Remote Translation Vendor Manager required in the UK (you need to be based in the UK).

We are currently supporting a well-established, mid-sized creative agency headquartered in London who is actively looking for a remote Translation Vendor Manager.

This role is responsible for the specialized recruitment and coordination of all translation vendor activity. You will be sourcing translators/linguists who cover all copy from general business correspondence, including technical and legal, to highly specialized copy in the creative sectors, including copywriting. You will be working very closely with the team of Transcreation Project Managers to ensure that all project demands are met and that suppliers are effectively managed.

It is permanent and fully remote position which can be done from anywhere in the UK.

Key skills required:

2+ years’ experience as Vendor Manager in the translation industry.

Translation Degree at BA or master’s level (or similar qualification).

Knowledge of CAT tools. (Training on specific CAT tools will be provided if necessary).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Commitment to professional customer service.

Proficient computer MSOffice skills, above all, MS Excel.

Resourceful and team player.
