Brief Job Overview
  • Manage local and remote employees, developing and measuring KPIs to ensure long term client satisfaction and employee growth and putting processes into place that reflect ongoing client and employee needs
  • Help mold the culture of the company specifically related to our values, standards and practices, and hold management and employees accountable to the same standards
  • Design quality management workflows and solutions.
  • Building linguistic services workflows (including Machine Translation Post-Editing Services and Machine Translation Evaluation).
  • Creating business opportunities, relationships, and procedures with International Customers.
  • Managing international client portfolio and assessing account health
  • Managing & coordinating multilingual MTPE projects in cooperation with the Production Team.
  • Assessing client needs and coordinating production teams to achieve client end goal.
  • Responsible for consistent business growth in terms of revenue and new customer acquisition.
  • Responsible for account development by assessing requirements and delivering the right solutions with high quality.
  • Providing accurate weekly and monthly reporting on sales efforts and pipeline management
  • Maintaining the CRM, commercials negotiation, closure, billing, and logistics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
  • Leading and managing the planning, strategy, building pipeline, proposal process, and bid preparation
  • Setting goals and developing plans to achieve the goals and so the company's mission and vision.
  • Performing market research on competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Staying up to date with product launches, services, and innovations to provide language solutions
  • Presenting the company’s solutions at International Conferences and Events.
  • Encouraging and training the team on the value proposition of new business verticals.
  • Evaluating, training, and monitoring quality of linguistic teams
  • Project Management of VIP clients

Skills required:
  • At least 5 years of experience working on a senior position at another localization agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree: Masters in Business or a relevant Linguistics degree (preferred).
  • Experience with relevant technologies within the translation industry: Cat tools, , MTPE, Task Management Software, AI…
  • Familiarity with MTPE processes, and quality management processes.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong business skills, client-service and result orientated mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills (Presenting offline at conferences / webinars).
  • Proven ability to plan and lead management initiatives
