Role Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for driving prospecting and booking qualified meetings and generating qualified leads for the Business Development team:
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads
  • Utilize sales enablement tools to run strategic campaigns aimed at generating interest and then following up to qualify those potential opportunities.
  • Effectively partner and work across the Business Development / Account Management teams.
  • Responsibility for maintaining relationship with existing ‘House’ accounts, and spotting opportunities for growth within them.
  • Work closely with the Business Development / Account Management teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools.
  • CRM Administrative duties.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the Senior Business Developers
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations with prospective clients over the phone and email
  • High levels of cold call and cold email activity.

Education & Experience
  • A degree is preferred
  • 2 years of b2b sales experience
  • Use of sales enablement tools e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Seamless etc.
  • English fluent (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills

Success Criteria
The Sales Development role here will fundamentally be appraised on activity level and on the number of leads / meetings booked for the BD team, as well as how many incoming leads are converted into revenue.
