Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced Operations Manager to join our client's rapidly expanding team in the USA. 

This is a fully remote position and the candidate has to be based in the USA. 

Our client started life as one of the largest integrated legal solutions providers in the US and over the last 5 years has grown out their translation division to become a leading player both through organic growth and a couple of acquisitions in both the US and Europe.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the L10n department, ensuring efficient project workflow and timely delivery.
• Provide direction and guidance to a team of 10 Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Build and manage strong relationships with a designated portfolio of clients in the legal and automotive sectors, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of localized content.
• Track project metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the Translation and Localization Industry, with a solid understanding of industry best practices and workflows.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance 
• Experience in managing budgets and driving project profitability.
