The Role:

We are currently looking for an Account Manager in Berlin or Munich. The primary objective of Account Managers is to establish, manage and extend excellent relationships with assigned customers that lead to high customer satisfaction, increased revenue, better margins and long-term growth.


Serve as liaison between customer and internal teams to ensure excellence in meeting customer requirements.
Primary point of contact and first point of escalation for the customer.
Operational strategy, onboarding, communications, contribution to forecasting and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with Business Development Manager and Global Solution Architects for each account, defining solutions/services and pricing.
Managing customer feedback and complaints and ensuring consistent investigation, root cause analysis, and clear communication.
