About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our client's team in Switzerland. 

Our client is the largest Language Service Provider (LSP) in Europe and 7th worldwide, with a turnover of $340m and a year-on-year growth of 21.9%. They provide translation and localization as well as tech and AI solutions, partnering with enterprises such as Adobe, Microsoft, XTM International and Congree.

This is a hybrid role (working from the office in Kreuzlingen twice or thrice a week) that requires frequent travel in Switzerland to meet with clients. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer contacts in the DACH region. Create and grow new ones throughout the account to achieve efficient levels of customer intimacy and support business growth and financial objectives (Revenue, Gross Margin).

  • Collaborate with Sales, Global Account Directors and Solution Management on business opportunities. Acting as a link between the customer and the internal delivery/production teams; being the advocate of the client in our organization

  • Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans and manage an on-going pipeline of revenue and activity for the Account Managers portfolios.

  • Developing and implementing sales and account growth strategies for your named key accounts in cooperation with the HoAM while being responsible for positioning all solutions & services with help from product specialists.

  • Executing the targets and KPIs of your Accounts (in close cooperation with HoS). Working together with the HoAM and production teams to create growth in accounts and to ensure customer life-time value is maximally utilized.

  • Forecasting account sales and monitoring account pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Account Management

  • Experience selling a service 

  • Willing to commute to the office and travel within Switzerland

  • Fluent in German and English. Swiss German is a plus
