The Role: The Business Development Director is responsible for selling the AI platform and Professional Translations solutions to organizations in our key target markets: legal, financial and securities industries. Our client’s partnerships are typically long-term in nature and the decision-makers within prospective client organizations range from C-level executives to department managers and procurement individuals. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and building your pipeline through opportunity development, presentations, proposals, RFP response and contract negotiation are key elements of the position. Responsibilities: Prospecting to your assigned target market and prioritizing high-opportunity prospects Building a solid pipeline of opportunities with a mix of near-term and longer-term close dates Developing and nurturing relationships across assigned accounts and prospects Growing house accounts that have been assigned to you: Identify product expansion, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities Managing all aspects of the sales cycle from demand creation through close Ongoing responsibility to manage inbound leads or assigned new opportunities through to close Documentation of all client communications in Hubspot, including assigning tasks and taking action on assigned tasks. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our client's team in Switzerland.  Our client is the largest Language Service Provider (LSP) in Europe and 7th worldwide, with a turnover of $340m and a year-on-year growth of 21.9%. They provide translation and localization as well as tech and AI solutions, partnering with enterprises such as Adobe, Microsoft, XTM International and Congree. This is a fully remote position that requires frequent travel in Switzerland to meet with clients. Main responsibilities:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer contacts in the DACH region. Create and grow new ones throughout the account to achieve efficient levels of customer intimacy and support business growth and financial objectives (Revenue, Gross Margin). Collaborate with Sales, Global Account Directors and Solution Management on business opportunities. Acting as a link between the customer and the internal delivery/production teams; being the advocate of the client in our organization Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans and manage an on-going pipeline of revenue and activity for the Account Managers portfolios.
