We're seeking a highly motivated, experienced Operations Manager to join our client's rapidly expanding team in the USA.  This is a fully remote position and the candidate has to be based in the USA.  Our client started life as one of the largest integrated legal solutions providers in the US and over the last 5 years has grown out their translation division to become a leading player both through organic growth and a couple of acquisitions in both the US and Europe. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee day-to-day operations of the L10n department, ensuring efficient project workflow and timely delivery. Provide direction and guidance to a team of 10 Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Build and manage strong relationships with a designated portfolio of clients in the legal and automotive sectors, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of localized content. Track project metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the Translation and Localization Industry, with a solid understanding of industry best practices and workflows. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify and subscribe to lists of tender and RFP’s • Create, update and maintain submissions for the translation team for all relevant tenders for translation, localization, interpretation and related services • Devising systematic approach to manage tender submission process in most effective manner • Serve as project manager for all business initiatives related to the tender process prior to being awarded and handed over to Operational teams • Structure and document performance of all tender submissions and resultant winning tender performance • Seek out build strategic business opportunities relating to any organization broadly described above • Manage, track and document your tender performance as part of weekly performance meetings • Develop and maintain orderly and complete records for all tenders within existing systems • Developing processes around management of tender submissions REQUIREMENTS: • A background (2+ years) in successfully completing and tracking tender submissions for organizations and government related institutions Interested?
