Job Description

A growing LSP is currently seeking a qualified individual for a Vice President of Sales position to join their translation and localization division. This division provides business solutions to many global clients. As one of top communications provider, our client works with clients from all over the world to provide reliable translation services to meet all language needs. Our client is currently seeking a motivated and high achieving individual looking to find a rewarding career in the language services industry. This is a mid-level sales role which would allow the candidate to work with several companies to provide language services. Our client works with many Fortune 1000 companies and cutting edge development firms in a wide variety of verticals. This is a unique opportunity for hardworking and motivated individuals to build their own exceptional sales team and provides unlimited growth potential. This position will focus on the development of sales, lead & revenue generation, establishing client relationships, managing a sales team and ensuring the best possible service for our clients. We are committed to your personal growth and offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. This is a remote based position with a base salary of up to $85k plus an aggressive commission structure.

 

A successful candidate should have 5 or more years of sales experience in the translation and localization industry and experience managing a sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will be responsible for

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Establish professional and productive relationships with key personnel in client accounts. 
  • Recruit and train a team of up to 8 exceptional sales professionals.
  • Manage sales across assigned vertical to reach and exceed sales target individually and as a team.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies.
  • Meet assigned targets for revenue generation.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.

Required Experience

  • 5 or more years of relevant sales experience in the translation and localization industry and experience managing a small sales team.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
