Transcreation Account Director - London

Transcreation Account Director required in the London area (permanent, full time and hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

We are currently supporting a well-established, mid-sized creative agency headquartered in London who is actively looking for a Transcreation Account Director.

This position is responsible for developing a global account refining processes, WOW and profitability, as well as overseeing creative and production projects from receipt of client briefs to final deliverables. Internally, you will be managing a dedicated Project Management team, liaising with Production teams and the client through all project stages. You will be responsible for the internal tracking and financial reporting of all projects and will be responsible for making sure the process of estimating, quoting and invoicing is consistent with rate cards and SLAs in place.

Key skills required:

+5 years account management experience within a creative and/or digital creative production focused agency.

Experience working with creative/content/production teams.

Experience working on digital advertising materials.

High level of client management and communication skills.

Expert knowledge of the translation/transcreation process in the context of marketing/advertising.

Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience in managing direct reports.
