Talent Manager

Vendor Manger required in London.

We have an amazing position for a Vendor Manager with an international marketing agency based in London.

This is a challenging opportunity for a successful candidate to work with the best companies in the localisation industry in the UK.

My client is looking for a driven and dynamic candidate with proven experience in working in a similar position within translation, localisation or transcreation.

This role is responsible for recruiting all new freelance creative directors, translators, proof-readers, copywriters and editors, including the testing and evaluation process.

Key skills required:

  • 1 + year working experience in a similar position.  
  • Must have recruiting experience in international markets.
  • Competent in recruiting on LinkedIn and any other recruitment sites.
  • Ideally have experience recruiting creative directors, copywriters, translators and/or proofreaders worldwide.
  • Excellent networker.
  • Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent oral and written English plus additional languages.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactive.
  • Team player.
