We are working with a top 10 LSP that is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team. This hire will be responsible for spearheading the hiring process for all hires in North America. Part of this will include:
* Actively sourcing for and engaging with candidates.
* Screening candidates for their qualifications for the openings.
* Working with third party recruitment agencies for the difficult to fill positions.
* Developing salary guidelines and job responsibilities for each position.
* Ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience for all new hires.
Because of the seniority of this role, experience either in the Localization industry or Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is absolutely necessary - with it being ideal to have both.
Position would most likely be based in their SF office, but are open to remote employees if they have both Recruitment and Localization industry experience.
