About the Role: 

As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Department. Working closely with the VP of Customer Success and Strategy, and Director of Marketing and Engagement you set revenue targets, set performance metrics, and manage KPIs to optimize the performance of your team.. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set revenue targets
  • Inform hiring plan and new pod formation
  • Manage daily activities of the sales team (AEs, MDRs, and SDRs)
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot)
  • Facilitate lead generation through supporting tools (Zoominfo) 
  • Evaluate sales team performance to KPIs
  • Evaluate and approve pricing strategy and proposals, and escalate to senior management where appropriate
  • Provide guidance on strategic account sales
  • Work with Operations for the smooth transition of signed deals to realized revenue
  • Oversee recruitment of new AEs and supporting sales staff
  • Evaluate capacity and inform hiring plan and new pod formation
  • Own department budget 



  • BS/MS in Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales 
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Experience maintaining a well-organized CRM (HubSpot or similar), building automated and custom reports to track funnel, pipeline and performance metrics
  • Experience with Winning By Design or similar sales system/ methodology is a plus
