Our client is a global LSP who is looking to add a RevOps Manager to their organization. This is a fully remote opportunity, but the RevOps Manager must be able to work US hours.

 

As a RevOps Manager you will be responsible for:
 

  • Working collaboratively between multiple teams within the organization.

  • Maintaining HubSpot CRM performance and optimizing processes.

  • Assisting with the selection and maintenance of the commercial tech stack (including but not limited to HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Terminus, CallRail, WordPress etc.)

  • Documenting and implementing data acquisition and validation processes to ensure data completeness, quality, and compliance aligned with our ideal client and buyer persona profiles.

  • Managing and implementing go-to-market data segmentation to scale outbound campaigns.

  • Documenting and managing the sales process in the CRM.

  • Creating best practices for data capture and quality control.

  • Developing deep understanding of key metrics required to achieve targets, monitor and report progress.

  • Building best-in-class reports and dashboards for the team to drive business insights and to identify trends that impact our growth trajectory.

  • Continually analyze performance against metrics and work with team leaders to create and implement process improvement plans.

  • Coordinate information flow across teams and platforms.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience in localization.

  • Experience working cross-functionally across globally distributed teams.

  • Seen best-in-class RevOps in at least on other role, ideally multiple companies.

Requirements:

  • Full-professional proficiency in English.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Background working with service-oriented B2B sales and/or marketing teams.

  • Experience with CRMs and marketing automation software (HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation desirable).

  • Experience with modern marketing and sales development solutions like ZoomInfo, Drift, HubSpot Sales Hub, CallRail, and others.
