Remote Vendor Manager

Vendor Manager required in the London area (home based).

Our client is a dynamic and multi-award-winning localization provider to the gaming industry.

This is an amazing opportunity for a driven Audio Manager who is passionate about the gaming industry.

If you are this person, you have a unique chance ahead of you to work for a very fast growing and well-established gaming localization company on the UK market.

As a Vendor Manager you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting and qualifying external providers (linguists, studios) and linguists, negotiating rates and onboarding them.

Key skills required:

Previous work within a Localisation provider or equivalent delivery management within the field.

Ideally managing XTRF or equivalent Translation Management/Tools system on a sole or collaborative basis, being responsible for administration, content, workflows, etc.

Having sole or collaborative responsibility for Quality Management systems (Linguistic Quality Evaluations, etc).

Experience in negotiating rates with external providers to gain best value, both on an individual and studio/business level.

Delivering on Linguists and scheduling expectations, preferably for multiple Service lines.

Capable of tracking Vendor rates per client/language, alongside wordcount volumes per project/Vendor.
