Remote Translation Team Lead required in the UK (you need to be based in the UK).
Our client has almost 20 years’ experience of working in the translation and localization industry nationally and internationally.
They are actively looking for a driven Translation Team Lead to run their Project Management Team.
It states that the role will be 75% project management and 25% team management (3 PM’s). They expect that this will be more 50/50 split with emphasis on the team management over time and as they add more project managers to the team.
They are looking for a driven operator who is confident enough to make the role their own and take the project management team forward.
Key skills required:
Proven and extensive project management experience at a senior level within a localization environment.
Experience within the Market Research sector would be an advantage.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
Strong commercial awareness.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent Communication – effective internal and external communication, negotiation and supportive feedback skills.
