The ideal candidate must be articulate and comfortable speaking with customers, and able to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Customer Success Team to deliver projects, manage product adoption and drive renewals
- Processing complex data, analyzing code and troubleshooting issues
- Serving as a "trusted advisor" to internal and external stakeholders and providing technical recommendations
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript
- Minimum of 3 years of SaaS implementation experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of AI/ML is beneficial
- Ability to manage numerous competing priorities successfully
- Strong communication skills
