Localization Team Lead required in Dublin (in-house).
Our client is an American, very well-established company headquartered in Dublin. They specialise in providing localization and content solutions to a variety of sectors around the world.
This is a challenging opportunity for a successful candidate to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the localization industry in Dublin.
The role of Localisation Team Lead will involve all aspects of leading a strategic team of project managers. They are also responsible for ensuring that their clients receive the best quality of service and projects are managed and completed in a successful manner in accordance with client requirements.
Please note that working remotely is not an option.
Key skills required:
Experience managing a team of 4+ PM’s including performance management (both on site and remote).
Extensive experience working in Localization industry: 5+ years.
Excellent financial, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to problem solve and think strategically in a deadline driven environment.
Team player with proven leadership qualities.
Knowledge of localisation tools, TMS systems, workflow and content management systems.
