We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for our client based in Stockholm to manage a high-value client portfolio. They are one of the leading global LSPs that work within the IT, manufacturing and e-learning verticals.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and develop client relationships by providing support and advice, as well as targeted upselling and cross selling
- Manage all communications with the clients, keep them happy and meet with them regularly in order to fully understand their needs
- Problem-solving
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- 5 years experience in account management
