We are looking for a Head of Content Production for one of our clients, please note that they want someone who can work as a contractor instead of being on the payroll. So you'll be sending them monthly invoices to get your monthly salary, even thoug the role is full time and permanent.
 
Position is 100% remote.
 
Our client is a SaaS company developing a content writing and translation/localisation platform for online marketing clients, so for example eCommerce, eRetail and eTravel companies.

In this role, you will...
- manage, report and account on key metrics
- lead, retain, train and grow the team of freelancers
- account on production performance and statistics
- work on client satisfaction, with an eye on quality assurance, volume and speed
- provide leadership to the team, strategy and manage the performance of the team.
