Director - Quality Assurance (Language services)

Our client delivers on-demand access to business expertise across all industries and locations to worldwide investment and business professionals.

As the Director of Quality Assurance you will be responsible for creating and executing Quality Assurance standards, KPIs and procedures for transcription, translation, and interpretation services, developing supporting internal documentation and training, resolving client feedback and conducting RCA, managing QA teams and working with Vendor Management team to implement corrective actions 
  • Minimum of 8 years linguistic quality management experience 
  • Deep understanding of the translation, transcription, and interpretation processes 
  • Proficiency in CAT and/or TMS tools
  • Experience with remote interpreting platforms and technologies
  • Superior proofing and editing skills
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 other language

Location: New York (Hybrid) or Remote in the following states only: NY, NJ, CA, CT, FL, PA, TX, WA, NC, GA
Salary: $105k to $125k base + 10% bonus
