As the Director of Client Services you will be in charge of overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of Program and Project Managers, including client onboarding, project kick-off, data management and analysis.
You will:
- Monitor team goals and KPIs and conduct performance reviews for all direct reports
- Create, implement and maintain lean internal processes and programs and develop supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Business Development to develop new business strategies
- Support and drive new client and project growth and implement new service offerings
Key Skills Required:
- 5 years minimum senior management experience in a client facing role in a metrics-driven setting such as production, operation, or call center
- 10 years minimum experience hiring, building, managing and mentoring successful teams
- Client management expertise and the ability to push new projects ahead while maintaining or increasing client satisfaction
- Demonstrated high-level of fiscal awareness; budget management experience
- AI/ML or Crowd experience
- PMP and Prince 2 certifications are desirable
- Lean certification and/or Six Sigma green, yellow or black belt a bonus
