We are assisting a fast-growing localization technology platform to find a Customer Success Manager in China.
As Customer Success Manager, you will be establishing and nurturing a trusting relationship with your customers. You will be giving customer representation within the company, balancing company VS customer needs. You will also be the acting as main escalation point between customers and for the company’s internal teams for bugs, issues related to usage of the platform and any type of business queries.
