Customer Success Manager required in the UK (full time and remote, but you need to be based in the UK).

Our client is an international creative agency providing localization and digital marketing services to the top end clients globally.

They are actively looking for a driven Customer Success Manager to join their team and I am sure they would love your profile.

Some on site work in their London office will be required for training purposes and then you have the possibility of working from home full time if you prefer.

It is an account management position which is responsible for sales growth of existing accounts and customer satisfaction.

Key skills required:

Minimum qualification: BA or equivalent experience.

2-3 years’ experience in strategic account management, preferably in localization and/or marketing.

Experience in a B2B agency, owning multi-market, multi-channel campaigns for high value global customer accounts.

Proven participation in new and existing client sales cycles, including presentations, analysis, recommendations and relationship development.

Expansive client relationship management experience, including evidence of senior and C-level customer stakeholders.

Consultative mindset: track record of delivering customer value by aligning customer strategies and objectives to design and delivery of targeted localization solutions.

Second language a plus, passion for language and culture a must-have.
