About the Job
The Senior Account Manager is a newly created opportunity in this highly impressive business. They have seen in excess of 75% growth over the past 2 years, and are looking for a new employee to continue their success through the DACH market, to connect with an existing client base, managing a strategic book of business, servicing 5 or 6 key clients in the business.
Ultimately you will be responsible for:
- Account insights & strategy
- Spotting the ability to scale, rollout & potential further client needs
- Upsell/Cross-sell new product features and international account expansion
- Campaign Management, handling technical 1st level requests and escalating second level requests to Ad Ops team.
