Business Development Manager required in the UK (permanent, full time, remote).

Our client is an international, creative agency headquartered in London. They provide design, localization, production management and workflow solutions to the media and entertainment industry.

It is a very dynamic and unique company to work for. They are much different than a typical LSP.

They are actively looking for a Business Development Manager based in the UK. It is a permanent, full time and remote role (it is likely that you will be meeting potential customers face to face more than 50% of the time, and part of the KPI will be ‘in-person’ meetings so travel is a part of the role).

This position is responsible for selling localization and creative services as well as pitching new ideas to clients. You will be handling the entire life cycle of a deal; from sourcing prospects and structuring to negotiating and implementing. The role will also work cross-functionally.

Key skills required:

Ideally 2-5 years' experience in a sales (hunter) role in the localization/translation sector.

Experience in selling language solutions to various sectors.

Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and collaborative spirit.

Ability to develop strong customer relationships and deliver value to clients.

Excellent negotiation, problem solving, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

Client service orientation and superb client management skills.
