Architecture Team Lead (Central & Eastern Europe)
A dynamic company focusing on language and translation solutions is growing and looking for an ARCHITECTURE TEAM LEAD who will tackle the challenge of the system transformation!
Whom are we looking for?
A true leader who will serve as a technical lead to the Architecture team and be responsible for improving the engineering culture, approaches, and code quality for the whole company. The plan is to analyze the architecture, plan its development and connect the business needs with the platform development.
What is the challenge?
Within three months you need to understand the business context, prepare an analysis of the current product architecture and create a plan to rebuild it, taking into account performance bottlenecks and business goals. Then, prepare recommendations to improve the quality of the code, design code metrics, and launch improvement processes. Also, you will lead the rebuilding of the Data Access Layer (already in process but needs to be completed in Q1), and implement an architectural decision-making process (e.g. ADR or similar).
What technologies are used?
The technology stack consists of .Net Core, MongoDB, Vue 2/3, AWS, Kafka, ES, Gitlab CI, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Jaeger, and Sentry.
