Account Manager required in Dublin
Our client is an international, creative agency headquartered in London. The company provides a number of solutions from design, localization, production management to workflow solutions mainly to the media and entertainment industry.
It is a permanent, full time, in-house position to be based in Dublin. Working remotely is not an option.
This position is responsible for managing production efficiencies, monitoring SLAs, identifying and driving a continual improvement program, and managing a customer focused team of procurement, project management, engineering and localisation. Working with the Account Director to fully support the negotiation and decision making in relation to production destination and expertise.
Key skills required:
2 to 5 + experience in account management within a sales environment in localization or media
Experience of budgeting and forecasting.
Pro-active Enthusiastic "Can do attitude".
Curious and Analytical.
Flexible and supportive of change.
Good communication skills, ability to bring people on board.
Punctual / Reliable.
Excellent influencing skills.
Confident, able to push back and manage peers.
