German proof-reading and translation agency, working with marketing agencies and in-house marketing departments of well known companies, small and large. With over 30 years experience in the industry, they have become one of the leading LSP's in the DACH market and are looking for an Account Manager to join the team.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities are to:

  • Maintain and develop existing client relationship and be their first point of contact

  • Support business growth and financial objectives, through upselling and cross-selling services

  • Advise clients on the best solutions according to their needs, anticipate their needs

  • Onboard new clients and grow the relationship to achieve high levels of customer intimacy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as an Account Manager within the translation/localisation industry

  • Fluent in English and German
