Adaptive Globalization is helping a respected software solutions company find an Account Executive - UK/EU. This is a full-time role that comes with a fantastic salary of up to £90,000.

 

In this Account Executive role, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and closing business. Your mission will be to identify, source and close ideal customer prospects to pursue inbound leads and self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve team goals.

 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the tasks you would be expected to do:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly KPIs for prospecting corporate clients as well as Language Service Providers
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly KPIs for converting and onboarding corporate clients as well as Language Service Providers
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle

 

To succeed in this Account Executive - UK/EU position, you should have 3+ years of sales experience within the translation industry together with experience in a busy environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage sales management tools to track sales activities.

 

Other essential skills and attributes include but aren't limited to:

  • A good track record of actively prospecting new business opportunities
  • Good business and sales acumen
  • A data-driven approach to business
  • The ability to define and redefine processes
  • The ability to drive complex deals

 

In return, you will earn a generous salary of between £60,000-£90,000 and enjoy being part of an inclusive and collaborative global company.
