Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is the front-line relationships manager charged with preserving, improving client and resource relationships. The partnerships are typically long term in nature and managing the existing client relationships and striving for an always improved client experience is the main focus.
The Senior Project Manager enables their team members to successfully manage their respective projects and acts as the escalation point and subject matter expert for any questions and guidance for his team as well as the main coordination between his team and other departments within the company.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
Everything we do in project management is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience. To accomplish this, the Senior Project Manager is fully responsible for the entire life cycle of the client experience for all projects in his/her area.

For a project manager in the translations business, the proper education of the client is an integral part.
The careful planning and selection of all resources needed to deliver the project within the timelines and within budget.

Qualifications
Education:
- College diploma, university degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/French) mandatory requirement
Experience and Proficiencies:
- 7+ years of experience in Localization Project Management, managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Technical, Transportation, communications or SaaS industry experience
- Experience dealing with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships
