Junior Sales Manager for New Business
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a focus on new business for one of our clients based in Paris city. The role needs to be full time and in house, in Paris close to la Bastille.
Our client is a key provider of language services and machine translation solutions. They have more than 30 years of experience in the market and they have offices across 4 continents.
In this role, you will be mostly hunting for new clients in the Life Science sector, and managing the requests from the clients you managed. You will thus keep the clients you acquire and capitalize on them.
1. Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within designated industries and regions.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored language solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
- Stay updated on Lexcelera's services and industry knowledge.
- Share best practices with the sales team to foster a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the language services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of the localization and translation industry is advantageous.

Salary is €28-36000 base depending on the experience. In terms of commissions, there is an excellent plan included with which you can double your salary on target.
