Our client, a leading North-European group of language service providers, is currently searching for an experienced Sales Director to oversee the Dutch-speaking markets.

Tasks:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the translation and localization industry.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough industry and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including cold outreach, networking, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Account Management: Oversee and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contract terms, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and the company.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, linguists, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client expectations are met.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and business growth.
