About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our client rapidly expanding team in Berlin. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our localization services, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. You'll be responsible for managing a team of localization professionals, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence.
Please note that the role must be full-time and in house, in our clients premises in Berlin. Since you will lead and build the team, home office will be an exception.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's localization services, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget

Manage a team of 30 localization professionals, project managers and translators, providing guidance, support, and performance management

Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Identify and implement new technologies to enhance localization services

Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction with our client services

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
Requirements

+5 years in operations, project and team leading positions
-
+5 years experience in the translation and localization industry
Willing to work full time and 100% in house in our client's offices.
