Gaming Localization Project Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Localization Project Manager to join our client rapidly expanding team in Berlin. 

Please note that the role must be full-time and in house, in our clients premises in Berlin. Home office will be an exception.

As a Localization Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of translation projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team of translators, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of translation projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Manage a team of translators, providing guidance, support, and performance management
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and resolve issues
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure that all translations meet our high standards of quality and accuracy
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve our translation services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in localization project management, ideally in the gaming localization field
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language
