About the Role
This remote role involves being a vital member of the Inside Sales Team, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, and processing leads to support the sales team. The position also entails creating concise reports that highlight key insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through initial outreach and follow-up communications to create new business opportunities.
- Arrange qualified meetings each month through outbound calls and email campaigns, targeting US sales teams across all IP-related products and services.
- Identify and research potential sales leads within the US and Canadian markets.
- Collaborate with management to develop tailored phone and email pitches for ideal customer profiles in the IP sector.
- Create strategic business plans to penetrate specific accounts within assigned territories.
- Follow up on company events and communications, such as webinars, newsletters, and whitepapers.
- Work closely with the sales manager to prioritize tasks and adjust strategies as needed.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance social media engagement and identify potential clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting through CRM and email to track and monitor monthly targets.
- Achieve or surpass monthly targets.
- Participate in special projects or any other tasks as assigned by management.
Work Environment:
The work environment involves consistent use of a computer and other office equipment. It may require collaborating with team members virtually. Confidentiality of all sensitive information related to the company and its clients must be maintained at all times.
